United states scott #26a used with a couple of short perfs catalog value $125.00If you want additional time to get a certificate just let me know and i will extend the normal 14-day return until the certificate comes back. If the certificate comes back with a problem i will pay for the certificate and return your money and pay the postage both ways. The stamp must be returned in the same condition as received (i.E. No marking on the stamp).
All the proceeds from this auction will go to the Postal History Foundation of Tucson, Arizona, a non-profit, tax-exempt organization.
