United States, Scott #3749A, used(o), 2008, American Design Series for low value definitive stamps: The Tiffany Lamp, first stamp in the series, Louis Comfort Tiffany, with the vision of an artist, created lamps unique both in their design and in the process of making the stained glass; Tiffany developed a new way to create a luminous glass that he created new under a patent;. he used this brilliantly colored glass to create the stained-glass lamps that made him famous worldwide; they were first exhibited at the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair; the stunning and innovative lamps were instantly recognized for their artistic beauty and form; he employed hundreds of artisans at Tiffany Studios, who either carried out Tiffany’s designs or created designs under his guidance; the shade of every lamp began with an artist’s drawing; artisans then spent up to a week choosing and cutting hundreds of pieces of glass for the complex design of each shade, lead caming held the leaves, flowers, and other natural shapes together; considered luxury items, Tiffany lamps sold at premium prices and are still prized today; 1 cent, multicolored on black frame and dark olive surround, microprinting of USPS at the top of the lamp stem, just below the start of the lower shade, serpentine die cut simulated perforations: 11¼x11, issued on non-water soluble self adhesive panes, photogravure, Scott 2025 Catalog Value: 25¢, nicely centered (superb), light and very faint, half circular, black-inked, double-rimmed, socked-on-the-nose cancellation on the top border of the stamp and well clear of the main image, stamp has a series of surface wrinkles caused when the customer incorrectly removed the stamp by folding it back from its adhesive pane, hence discounted, good perforations, stamp was lifted from the mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed, first on a piece of white paper for a color contrast, and then on a piece of black trimmed card stock for an attractive and uniform album appearance; mounting, centering, and image free cancellation warrants a selling price premium, but surface wrinkles warrant an adjustment, so a wash. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail.  Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery.  I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.  If not satisfied, return the stamp to me at your own expense, and I will refund the cost, but not my postage to you.  If the stamp is not as described, I will refund the cost and reimburse you for postage both ways.
