Item Description

United States, Scott #3981 used(o), 2006 definitive coil, Lady Liberty and the U.S. Flag, with a 'USPS' in micro print on the top, right-side, red bar of the flag, 39 cents, multicolored, serpentine die cut simulated perforations 9¾ vertical, lithography printed, Scott 2019 Catalog Value: 25¢, nicely centered, double strike cancels, both light, black-inked, double-rimmed, half circular, socked-on-the-nose cancellation, the main, a three-quarter, broken-up and hollowed-out, circle cancel over the top half of the stamp and over the main image, the second, a border, touch circular cancel on the lower right edge, the lightness of both cancels and the hollowed-out and broken-up effects on the main cancel leave the main image largely clear, good perforations, stamp was issued on non-water soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive panes, this stamp was soaked from the mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black trimmed card stock for an attractive album mounting; mounting, centering and image free cancel warrant a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

Also, if you make additional purchases from my offerings, they can all go in one mailing at no extra shipping expense for the added purchases. I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
