United States, Scott #5751, used(o), 2023, American Landmarks Series Parcel Stamp, stamp is dedicated to the Florida Everglades, a 1.5-million-acre wetlands preserve on the southern tip of Florida.; essentially a grassy, slow-moving river, the Everglades is made up of coastal mangroves, sawgrass marshes, and pine flatwoods that are home to hundreds of animal species, including the Florida panther, the leatherback turtle, and the West Indian manatee, stamp shows a sawgrass marsh at sunset, in the foreground is a grove of bald cypress trees sheltering a great egret to the left and a blue heron stalking its prey to the right, beyond floats a half-submerged Florida alligator, a common feature of the Everglades; $9.65, offset lithography printed by the Banknote Corporation of America (BCA), serpentine die cut simulated 10½ perforations, ‘USPS’ in black-inked, security microprint on the left side, at the top of the horizon just to the left of the tree trunk, stamp's date is also in black-inked microprint in a vertical position at the top right border, multicolored, Scott 2025 Catalog Value: $9.75, slightly off-centered (very fine) if visually considered, nicely centered, if date inclusion considered (superb), very light and very large, quarter circular, double-rimmed, red-inked, socked-on-the-nose corner cancel at the lower left and just into the main images, however, the lightness of the cancel leaves the main images largely clear, stamp has a surface wrinkle at top middle caused when the customer bent back the stamp on removing it from its counter pane, hence price considered, good perforations, stamp was lifted from the mailing envelope using the Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black trimmed card stock for an attractive and uniform album appearance with other stamps of the period similarly mounted; centering, mounting, and largely image clear cancel warrant a selling price premium, but surface wrinkle calls for an adjustment, so a wash. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.

I will send the purchase by US first class mail, since the relatively low value of the stamp does not warrant signature or tracking mail. Hence the buyer assumes risk of loss or non-delivery. I will keep a scan of my mailing to verify that the correct mailing address was used.
