Historical cover from US Internal Revenue to Asa P Morse esq., a well known businessman and politician from the Cambridgeport Massachusetts area. Stamp is obviously faulty, but tied and basically intact, mailed on an official business USIR cover. Light reverse stain noted, but overall decent condition.
