Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2020). Single 20-cent postal card depicting Mount Vernon in UNUSED condition. No flaws noted. The card is clean, its corners are sharp, its colors are bright, it has a First Day of Issue black ink cancellation mark and an Artcraft MOUNT VERNON cache appears at the left side of the card. The circular portion of the cancellation mark indicates a date of 'May 14 1999' on two lines and a cancellation location of 'MOUNT VERNON VA 22121'. The portion of the cancellation mark that strikes the stamp states 'FIRST DAY OF ISSUE' between two sets double bars. Lithographed, size:140 x89mm.
