Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2020). Single 4-cent Abraham Lincoln corner square in USED condition. Two staple holes are seen, otherwise no flaws noted. The square is stiff & clean and it has a black ink cancellation mark that reads: "TOKOROZAWA, JAPAN", 'SISTER CITY OF", DECATUR, ILLINOIS" on three lines. Precanceled with 3 printed red violet horizontal, parallel line. The design portion is printed with a luminescent ink.
