Item Description

SCV $1.00 (2020). Single entire 12-cent Lewis & Clark FDC postal card. No flaws noted. The card is stiff and clean with no bent corners and a black ink cancellation mark. The first day cancellation mark indicates that the card was issued in "SAINT LOUIS"  (zip code "63155") on "SEP 23 1981". The words "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" is printed in black ink on one line on the right side of the card between two sets of horizontal parallel lines. At left of the card, on the address side, is an ArtCraft cachet depicting the expedition in riverboats and it indicates the 175th anniversary of the completion of the LEWIS AND CLARK EXPEDITION. The reverse side of the card is completely blank. Lithographed, tagged.

Hi Don.
I have to confess that I do not know if it is a PCS variety. I had five SC #UX91 postal cards with the ArtCraft cachet and I took a picture of only one of them. They should all have been the same.
I have just now seen your message & I had already shipped the postal card to you. I truly hope that it is the one that you are looking for.
