U.S. 13 Different State Stock Transfer Revenue Stamps UsedThis small group has 13 Stock Transfer stamps, 7 stamps from Massachusetts, 6 stamps from New York.
Stamps are sound.
I left the $2.00 Mass. stamp on piece since Mass. used water-soluble inks on many of the higher value stamps.
Most have "Perfin" or "Punch" cancels, as is common with these stamps.
If you win more than one lot, I'll combine for lowest postage.
