The stamp is scott #149 [no secret mark or grill]...Catalogue value @ $100.00----                     

This listing offers a post-civil war era issue [including large/small format u.S. bank note stamps or a postal stationery envelop (pse) cut-squares]  with a distinctive, contemporary "fancy cancel" strike***. . .
