1998 commemorative year set.

Complete set of 52 mint nh scott # 3179-3181, 3192-3206, 3211-3227, 3230-3235, 3237-3244, and 3249 - 3252 (not pictured)  commemorative stamps issued in 1998. Includes mint, nh:

 all in fine mint condition, attached and/or unattached, never hinged.

All the se-tenants may or may not be attached (if needed to be all attached please state so).
