Item Description

SCV $0.25 (2020). Block of four (1-cent) Weather Vane-'H' Rate Makeup stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. The perforations are fully intact (i.e. no separations or folds are noted), the gum is immaculate & shiny, the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the bottom & left side of the block of stamps and plate number 'B33333' is printed horizontally on the left selvage next to the stamp located at the lower left-hand corner. Lithographed, water-activated gum, no tagging, perf 11.2.
