Item Description

Strip of five (60-cent) Pony Cars forever stamps in MNH, VF condition. No flaws noted. Die cuts are fully intact (i.e. no separations or folds are noted), the stamps are crisp & their colors are bright. Selvage is attached along the top, bottom & left side of the strip of stamps and plate number 'P11111' is printed horizontally on the bottom selvage. The strip of stamps depicts (in top-to-bottom order) the following Pony Cars: 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 302 (SC #5715), 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T (SC #5716), 1969 Chevy Camaro Z/28 (SC #5717), 1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7 GT (SC #5718) and 1969 AMC Javelin SST (SC #5719). Bar code number '482400' is printed vertically on the back of the left selvage. Photogravure, self-adhesive gum, tagged, serpentine die cut 10¾.
