Item Description
US: 3c NRA, ( #732), tied by Williamstown PA May 29 1934 duplex pmk to cover, printed Lykens addr, Uncle Sam in UL corner, these envelopes were apparently left overs from a defunct manufacturing company (the name is visible under the ink block at top), the newspaper probably got them on the cheap and then "overprinted" them for their own usage, an unusual form of coating, VFI combine shipping. Just ask.
