Double Error Stamps on FDC. Red over Black Reverse Printing & Broken "P" Variety on both lower stamps. Interesting First Day Cover with EFO Stamps

First day washington dc cancel on block of 4 with two errors!

Update: i sent this cover out for a second opinion. It appears the 2nd. Expertize is of the opinion that a 909c must have a 90% red saturation over the black to be a "true" 909c. The 1st expertise opinion states this cover is a 909c. It is very clear (in the close up photo) that the stamps are printed red over black. With more research i found that the expertise community is split on what a 909c really is and if it is an error at all and many believe scott should remove the listing from the catalog. Other experts believe they are true error stamps.
No returns on this one. The expertising community is split on what a true 909c is. Purchaser agrees to accept this cover as is and understands that some experts will grade this cover a 909 or a 909c. The broken "p" error does not get listed on the certificates as the experts do not give opinions on "one off" printing or plate flaws (go figure!).
