Scott 973-14 50th anniversary rough riders of the spanish american war. wco cachet fdc, cover is addressed by j. Neal griffin, famed cachet designer / printer of the late 1930's and 1940's, addressed to his nephew john edward griffith. Cover is addressed on the back from j. Neal griffith and flap is sealed.
