Item Description
The brown and buff Liberty Postal Card, SC UX1 and UX3, were the first typographed postal cards sold by the U.S Post Office, starting in 1873. The difference between UX1 and UX3 is the size of the watermark. This particular card has the smaller watermark, indicating it is a UX3. This card was never canceled by the Post Office, and the back is clean, with no writing. The CV for an unused UX3 is $85.Note:
