US Sc 683 MH PAIR w/Plate# - 1930 2¢ - Charleston, SC 250th Anniv. NOTE: The light spotting in the selvedge is greatly exaggerated by the high scan rate I use (400dpi). These spots are very faint and you almost have to look for them to even see without magnification. I'm not saying they aren't there, just that they are much more faint than shown in the scan. - see scan
