Condition: F-VFUS, Scott Q1, 1c Parcel Post sheet corner copy with natural SE at bottom and left, used on 1913 Royal Palace Hotel color PPC, postmarked STROUDSBURG, PA. Sound, F-VF. With the approval of the I.C.C., the Postmaster General directed, on order 7241, dated June 26, 1913, and effective July 1, 1913, that ordinary stamps became usable on Parcels, and Parcel Post stamps became usable on mail.
