US Scott 300-320, Mint, OG, NH, Study of Early 20th Century Imperfs, "Frameable"
According to Scott’s Specialized Catalogue of United State Stamps, imperforated sheets of 400 of the 1¢ (Scott #300) and 2¢ (Scott #319) stamps were issued to several manufacturers of postage stamp vending machines in 1906. These vendors then cut the sheets into strips and applied private, proprietary perforations between the individual stamps to allow for easy dispensing from their machines. Sheets of 400 of the 4¢ (Scott #303) and 5¢ (Scott #304) stamps were issued in 1908 for the same purpose. All imperforated examples of the 4¢ stamp were processed into strips and perforated so no imperforated example of the 4¢ stamp survives.

Since these minute issues occur in the margins, they are not mentioned in cert and should not impact value. SCV $350+ (Value for VF not XF).
