Item Description
U.S. Scott 331, the 1 cent Benjamin Franklin Third Bureau issue paying the 1 cent post card rate. The cover was post marked in Randolph, Vermont on December 19, 1910 and is addressed to Burlington, Vermont. Although the 1 cent Benjamin Franklin is on the post card, it is almost certainly a Scott 331 rather than a 374 as it was mailed prior to the earliest know use for the 374. There is an untied Scott WX6 Christmas seal at the bottom of the address area. The card pictures Dr. Gray's Hospital. 2018 Scott catalog value for an unused WX6 off cover is $20.Seller Information
