US Scott #513 Mint Never Hinged Plate # Block (6) 13c Apple Green Franklin. Scott Catalogue Value $240. Gum Disturbance on top left stamp. Very Fine Centering, Normal Coloring.

Stamp acquired from certified American Philatelic Society dealer.
