Identification: US Scott #513 Used Block (4) Benjamin Franklin 13c Apple Green. Scott Catalogue Value $45.

Condition: Very small crease on top left stamp near bottom left side. Slight scuffing on bottom right stamp near bottom right corner. Very Fine Centering, Normal Coloring.
