US Scott #73, PSE Ungraded Cert, Mint, OG, F/VF, Looks MNH, Sound, SMQ $300+Certificate states, "It is genuine unused, og, Block of 4 with straightened horizontal perfs & 'stitch' watermark across bottom".There are some light pencil marks on back indicating this is the upper right stamp (?) of the block of 4. This is actually the lower left stamp with no perf issues.. It appears the pencil marks also try to highlight where the stitch watermark is.Bottom line: tough to see the stitch watermark when dipped in fluid but the stamp does appear to be mint never hinged.
