Grade: VF/XF (Very Fine/Extremely Fine)Beautiful 8c Columbian with rich color, XF centering and what appears to be OG NH gum. PSE has graded the stamp as previously hinged but I can't see the blemish. This stamp has been certified by Professional Stamp Experts as genuine and graded VF-XF 85 Mint OGph.
