Item Description

SCV $1.50 (2020). Single 19-cent Legends of the West-Geronimo FDC postal card. A small black spot is seen near the lower right-hand corner of the card, otherwise no flaws noted. The card is crisp with no bent corners or stray marks, its colors are bright and it has a black ink cancellation mark. On the address side of the postal card, a circular cancellation mark indicates that the card was stamped in "LARAMIE, WY 82070" on "OCT 18 1994". "FIRST DAY OF ISSUE" is printed on a single line between two sets of two parallel bars to the right of the circular cancellation mark. On the left side of the address portion of the card there is text that describes the life of Geronimo On the message side of the card, a portrait of Geronimo is seen. Lithographed, tagged.
