This stamp is in Very Fine/Extremely Fine condition and is mint original gum previously hinged. It is accompanied by 2021 PSAG Graded Certificate which scores it VF-XF 85 Mint OGph. I noted some missing gum in the corners not mentioned on certificate. Catalog value of this rare stamp is $8,000.00 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ value of this stamp is $14,000.00. According to the PSE census they (PSE) has only ever graded one of these stamps as 85 and only 2 have graded higher.
