This stamp is in Fine/Very Fine condition and is mint original gum previously hinged. The gum is disturbed but original and there is a vertical crease visible on back. This stamp is accompanied by 2007 PSE Certificate which mentions the crease. Catalog value is $2,850.00 according to Scott 2023.
