Item Description

This stamp is in Fine/Very Fine condition and is unused without gum. No secret mark visible on this one (quite common) but it is distinguishable by its color and paper type. This stamp is accompanied by a rather harsh 2021 APS Certificate which mentions short perfs at bottom and dirty perfs at top. Check out the scans and judge for yourself. Catalog value is $125.00 (for no gum) according to Scott 2023.
