This rare imperf coil stamp is in Extremely Fine condition and is mint never hinged with full original gum and sound in all respects. It is accompanied by two different certificates; firstly a 2017 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it XF 90 Mint OGnh, as well as a 1995 PF Certificate which simply states "Genuine never hinged". Catalog value is $400.00 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ value is $425.00.
