USA # 69 1861 WASHINGTON 12 cent George Washington perf 12. A fresh example. The gum has a single hinge remnant but may be redistributed. No grill. Back is very fresh. The stamp is clearly #69 because it does not have a grill. The back is very fresh and not tampered with, except for the one hinge.
