This stamp has Extremely Fine/Superb centering and appearance and is mint never hinged with full original gum. There is a light crease across the perforations at top which resulted in this stamp coming back graded only 85. It is accompanied by 2006 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it VF-XF 85 Mint OGnh and mentions the crease at top. Catalog value is $0.60 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ does not assign a value to this grade.IMPORTANT Canada Post now requires all goods being shipped outside of Canada to be shipped by Tracked Small Packet service.
