Item Description

This stamp has Superb centering and appearance and is mint never hinged. It is accompanied by 2024 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it XF 90 Mint OGnh and mentions "with a natural surface wrinkle". Catalog value is $0.30 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ value is $15.00. I have examined this stamp and cannot see anything wrong with it.
