This stamp is in Superb condition and is mint never hinged with full original gum and sound in all respects. It is accompanied by 2009 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it GEM 100 Mint OGnh.

This is the 913b variety of Netherlands Overrun Countries Issue of 1943. This variety has partial reverse printing of flag colors (blue over black and black over dark rose). This is the only 913b to be graded GEM 100 and none have been graded higher. A condition rarity.

Catalog value of the stamp is $0.25 according to Scott 2022 and at time of listing there is no SMQ value assigned to this variety.
