USA #BK103, This is a nifty Booklet Error, in fact it is a DOUBLE error.

Complete Booklet with 4 intact panes. The entire booklet is MISCUT by 10mm which affects the covers and all 4 intact panes.

The SECOND Error is the booklet is stapled at the bottom.

2012 PF Certificate# 502401; "Unused, OG Complete Booklet of Four panes, stapled at bottom, all panes and cover(s) miscut.

This is comparable to Scott# BKC1 "Tab at bottom" which is listed in the Scott Specialized Catalog at $11,000. Makes our price look like we are giving this away.
