(scott 2024 catalogue value $800.00) chalat was a stamp collector and dealer. He reportedly gave the first 16 cent airmail stamp to president franklin roosevelt. Sent 1918, opened cleanly at top, light general wear & toning. Very fine condition. Base shipping is $2.00 domestic and $3.00 international.
