This stamp is in Superb condition and is mint regummed. There is a modest hinge mark on back. It is accompanied by 2010 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it Superb 98 Mint Regummed. Catalog value is $210.00 (hinged) according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ does not list a value for this grade in regummed but lists mint hinged as $900.00. This is the highest grade given for this stamp.
