Item Description
This is one of the strangest revenue stamps I have seen in a while. It says it's a Lock Seal stamp from US Internal Revenue, and has a hole where it would fit over a lock. It looks like it would have been used by punching through it with a key. I just found four of these. I have no reference for this, but since it took 50 years of collecting to ever find one, I'm guessing at a value. Offers accepted.Seller Information
