USA Scott# #2121 (BK 147) Booklet with TWO intact panes. TOP Pane is properly inked. The BOTTOM Pane, however is a nice mess with plenty of overinking affecting SIX stamps. Black rejection mark on bottom left stamp, but the pane was assembled anyway!
