USA SCOTT# 4868B, Mint, never hinged, die-cutting omitted, Imperforate Coil pair. Listed in Scott Specialized, but not valued. Scott catalog has a footnote that 4868 is known to be counterfeited, this pair is clearly genuine as it is properly tagged and crisply printed with a completely legible micro printed "USPS" at top of flag pole.

18th Edition of the Scott Errors catalog does not indicate a quantity reported for this error. I acquired a singlr strip of 6, no plate number, of which this is one of the pairs.
