Item Description

USA Scott# C63 with "Kiss" or Offset printing of both Colors. Mint, original gum, never hinged. The Black is much more distinct than the Orange, but both are "doubled or "ghost impression." The tagging glows at an intense level, under tagging lamp. Normal stamp is shown and included in the lot for comparison.
