Sent to natchez, mississippi with 3-panel enclosure dated february 20, 1886 and mimeographed message reading, 'after a long suspense our river harbor has been freed of ice and navigation again resumed. Boats are leaving regularly, receiving freight at following rates to way points: - flour and mea; 50c hay - 30c meat & grain 25c per 100 referring to within prices and soliciting your favor we remain...' sent 1886, unsealed backflap light general wear & some toning.
