Combined International Remnant CollectionsGreat starter collection for the new stamp collector looking to get a jump start on world stamp issues prior to the mid-20th Century or even the stamp club seller with time to identify the stamps and/or use as a pick book at club meetings. The binder is an old Scott International Postage Stamp Album with two circular posts (unlike the newer versions) and -- though the pages are not complete -- includes the pages of two such albums merged to eliminate pages without at least a stamp. There are faulted stamps within however they were not counted if the fault was obvious.
The valuation used is simply a mathematical calculation using Scott's minimum 25c value as the multiple for each stamp though it is highly unlikely they are all minimum value stamps. The images included will provide a general overview of the condition and variety within the pages. PICTURES apparently uploaded in random order.
Album Includes:
*Includes more than 5,500 mint/used postage stamps from around the globe.
*Scott 2025 Catalogue Value: $1,396.75 (strictly using the minimum 25c valuation and that's low for a number of the stamps without a doubt)
*Condition: Mostly sound though not completely checked for faults which might be hiding among the hinged issues. However, any stamp with an obvious fault was left in the album but not included in the total stamp count (5,587 if the math is correct).
