Item Description

Here is a postally used plate number coil single of the 32 cent Flag over Porch coil series, Scott 2915A. This example has plate number 99999. The number following the plate number in the description refers to the number of peak on each side of the stamp. As an example, 11x10 means there are 10 peaks on the left of the stamp and 10 peaks on the right. This example also has a constant plate variety with a red dot at the bottom of the stamp somewhat between the first tan 9 and the second blue 9.  Specialists refer to it as the nine dot nine nine nine nine variety.  It is present on both the 10x10 and the 11x10 die cut varieties.  The PNC3 pricing guide lists a used example at $25 in the 10x10 format and $16.50 in the 11x10 format.  The pictured stamp is the stamp you will receive.  Good luck bidding and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.  PNC3 life member.
