Two Souvenir Sheets - each including a pane of 12 stamps. "The PACIFIC 97 World Philatelic Exhibition, under the patronage of the Federation Internationale de Philatelie, commemorates the 150th anniversary of the issuance of the first United states postage stamps - US#1, a five-cent stamp featuring Benjamin Franklin, and US#2, a 10-cent stamp featuring George Washington."
