TWO UNOFFICIAL First Day Cancels on POSTAL CARDS: 5c Airmail Postal Card, (Scott #UXC2), first is plain card with Wheeling WV July 31 1958 first day machine cancel, the official FD city was Wichita KS, tiny bit of toning where peelable address label was removed, the other card is Wichita but is a Mailers Permit Precancel w PROPER Date, sent to members of the Kansas Precancel Society, addr Burbank SD, very scarce and interesting pair, Fine-VF.I will combine shipping. Just ask.
