Item Description

Venezuela, Scott #C793 (Catálogo Especializado de Estampillas, 3rd edition, #1461), used (o), 1962, Commemorating the Fourth Anniversary (in 1961) of the Anti-Communist Pastoral Letter of 1957 of the Archbishop of Caracas, Rafael Arias Blanco, 75 centimos, lithography, perforated: 10½, red lilac, Scott 2019 catalog value: 30¢. Nicely centered, light quarter-to-half circular, quarter clockwise turned, double-rimmed, black-inked, socked-on-the-nose cancellation with mailing details bridge and partial mailing details on the top left corner and well into the central image, sound back, hinge remnant, single blind perforation at lower left, otherwise good perforation. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer. The stamp you see will be the one you receive.
