Vintage Circa 1917 Germany WW I Propaganda Charity Poster Stamp 2 Pfennig League Of Germans In The Northeast. We Endure Amidst The Roar Of The Storm Artist Fritz Gareis (1872 – 1925) Strip/3 MNH Previously FoldedFritz Gareis (1872 – 1925) Was An Austro-Hungarian Artist And Cartoonist For The Left-Wing Vienna Satirical Magazine Götz Von Berlichingen. He Drew A Comic Titled 'Bilderbogen Des Kleinen Lebens. During The First World War, Fritz Gareis Contributed To The Imperial Austro-Hungarian War Effort By Creating Donation Stamps, Propaganda Postcards And PostersThis Patriotic World War I–Era Poster Stamp Was Issued By The "Bund Der Deutschen Im N.Ost." Or "League Of Germans In The Northeast," Referring To The Baltic Region Under German Occupation During The Latter Part Of The War.
