Unused Multiple Hinge Remnants 80% Original GumThis Visually Striking Poster Stamp Titled “Glückliche Heimkehr!” (“Joyful Homecoming!”) Was Issued In Germany Circa 1919 To Commemorate The Return Of Soldiers Following World War I. The Entire Design Is Executed In Embossed Gold Foil On A Black Background, Featuring A Dramatic Relief-Style Composition That Evokes The Aesthetic Of Classical Friezes.
