Scarce Vintage Circa Early 20th Century France Poster Stamp International Alliance For Philatelic Exchanges Dijon Unused Hinge Mark 80% Original GumThis Poster Stamp From France Was Issued Circa Early 20th Century For The Alliance Internationale Pour Les Échanges Philatéliques In Dijon, And Was Part Of The Same Series Promoting Organized Stamp Exchange Societies. The Design Is Printed In Green On Cream Paper And Features A Central Roundel With A Medieval Knight On Horseback Holding A Lance, Symbolizing Nobility, Tradition, And The Spirit Of Exchange. The Top Banner Reads A Latin Motto Flanked By A Stylized Angel Figure, While The Roundel Identifies The Organization As Based In Dijon.
